January 1st, 2018

Residents request minutes to be posted on the board in the club house. Board approved $150.00 fee for every time there is a change in tenancy. Fitness room mirror replacement. Gutter cleaning and moss removal.

March 5th, 2018

Quotes for pool and spa cover. Unit #44 hearing. Request denied. Eviction process started for the squatters in unit #35. Scheduled to tow their vehicles. Dryer vents cleaned.

April 2nd, 2018

Management will be sending out a letter informing them of the discrepancy earlier this year. Purchase agreement with cardiac science for the 2 years of pads and batteries. Any checks being sent to the HOA and not to management are considered late. Maintenance on play structure to be scheduled.

May 7th, 2018

Fire Marshal to come out and inspect/ discuss what is acceptable in breezeways. Building envelope inspection to make sure there is no dry rot issues. Board approved bid for tree removal. Board approved putting in new bard dust. Sent building lean for unit #35.

July 9th, 2018

Home owners are not to modify common areas. Must file ARC form. Board will not wave fees. Pool reopened. Cars with no parking passes will now be fined.

August 13th, 2018

Wood left in back between unites #35 and #38 needs to be removed. New pipe put into ground between units #35 and #41. Board is unhappy with lack of compliance walks done by management. Motion made to replace printer/ approved.

September 10th, 2018

Unit 44 flooded as a result of forgetting to turn off water. Mess remains in breezeway. 2019 draft budget. Board to adopt new budget by October 1st. Board concerned by the significant increase in reserve study.

October 8th, 2018

Stairs to unit #41 and #44 need to be cleaned. #44 needs to be fined and then the board will pressure wash. Janitorial services have not been paid since new management took over. Residents are not allowed to use clubhouse bathroom to color their hair. Board is not prepared to adopt the revised budget from management. Board was advised that it could proceed with law suit against #44 for the failures to comply with association governing documents.

November 12th, 2018

Lights on building 1660 do not turn off. Bird intrusion of breezeway in 1690. Waste management contacted about not emptying dumpsters. The board asks that management stick with the approved budget. Overages must be approved by the board.
